how to find us
KuBu Spa is located in the centre of Henley. There are two short-term car parks 2 minutes walk away, were you can park up to 3 hours (small fee) and free of charge on Sundays.
If you need to park for longer, Henley Rugby Club offers all day parking for a small fee which is 7 minutes walk to the Spa.
arrival time
Please arrive promptly for your appointment as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals. We regret the late-comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
cancellation policy
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide a minimum of 48 hour’s notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. A 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment.
gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment, package or monetary value. These can be purchased from reception or electronically. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date
of purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed by purchasing retail products, booking promotional offers or other vouchers. Please remember to bring your voucher to your appointment to redeem it.
