Please arrive promptly for your appointment as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals. We regret the late-comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide a minimum of 48 hour’s notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. A 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment.
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment, package or monetary value. These can be purchased from reception or electronically. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date
of purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed by purchasing retail products, booking promotional offers or other vouchers.
